Not a set recipe, but this is more or less what I did:

250g minced pork (I added some light soy, shaoxing wine and sesame oil but just salt is fine too)
100g dok khachorn
150g garlic stems (optional)
2 T oil
2 T chopped garlic
4 T oestersaus
1 T lichte sojasaus
1 t sugar
1 fresh chilipepper, chopped finely
1 t cornflour

If you use garlicstems, you don’t need to use the chopped garlic.
Stirfry the garlic stems 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
(Because my wok never gets hot enough I used the grill/griddle-pan just for the garlic stems which I think was a brilliant idea. :-) )

Stirfry the garlic (if you don’t use garlic stems)
then quickly add the ground pork.
Stirfry until brown and cooked.

Add mixture of sugar, soy, oystersauce, chopped chili and cornstarch.

Add the dok kachorn and stirfry until the flowerbuds are just cooked. (not raw, not overcooked)
I see I added some spring onion too.
The result was quite nice. We will eat this again for sure.

Serve with white rice.
